Welcome to Grove Cottage
Grove Cottage is a small, beautifully renovated bed and breakfast ideally situated on the edge of Clifton and close to the main amenities of Bristol; Films@59, BBC, Bristol Old Vic Theatre, Bristol University and Spire Bristol Hospital are all within walking distance. Clifton Downs, perhaps one of the most attractive areas in the city is on the door step, whilst Clifton Village and the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge are only a short drive away. The airport bus stop is approximately 3 minutes walk.
Every effort is made to make your stay pleasurable. There is one very comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite wet-room. Bath robes and slippers are provided.
A generous breakfast would be a choice of muesli, seasonal fruit's, toast, tea/coffee, croissants and home-made preserves.

How to find us
Directions by public transport
If arriving at Bristol Temple Meads railway station, walk down the incline outside the station entrance and cross over the main road at the bottom. Here catch either the No.1 or No.54 bus service, asking to be put off at the top of Blackboy Hill. Then walk back down Blackboy Hill for 200 yards and use the zebra crossing that takes you over to the petrol station on the left hand side. Just before the lights for the pelican crossing, take the left hand turn into Grove Road.
No.27A Grove Road is 70 yards on the left, adjoining No.28. Directions by car
If approaching us from the city centre, you will need to travel north up Whiteladies Road (A4018). The top of the road is known locally as Blackboy Hill. Here, take the right hand lane and follow the one-way system around to the right, until you are heading back down Blackboy Hill. Just before the lights for the pelican crossing, take the left hand turn into Grove Road.

Location
The surrounding area is well served with a wide selection of gorgeous restaurant's and local shops. There are excellent local transport links to Bristol Temple Meads railway station and the airport bus, making our location ideal for both professional and leisure visitors.
